Welcome to the 7th Grade Science ePortfolio Template
The purpose of this Wiki is to give the users the feel and flow of the template design for the student ePortfolios used in Susan Forget's 7th Grade Science classroom. The actual student ePortfolios will be created using Microsoft Office365 OneNote Class Notebook within the protection of the district domain. This will enable the teacher, administration, and parents to have access to student artifacts, reflections, and discussions while maintaining the vital privacy of the students. Office365 OneNote Class Notebook software has a wide array of applications embedded within the software such as voice clips which will allow for the creation of dynamic, engaging, ePortfolios. In addition to archiving work these applications will enable the students to use their portfolios as a tool for learning and personal growth.
This template highlights two units from the 1st semester and 2 units from the 2nd semester. Example student artifacts are from the past year's second semester units.
The student ePortfolios are aligned to the Colorado Academic Standards Science Grade 7 (2009). Additional building goals or individual student goals may be added to any of the units or as a unique page entry.
